Ideal Candidates List of Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Be minimum age of 18 years

  • Have proof of eligibility to work in the United States

  • Have a minimum high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency

  • Former or current Law Enforcement or Military, or be working toward a degree in Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice

  • Have a valid driver’s license

  • Have reliable transportation

  • Be able to meet high grooming standards

  • Be able to pass a criminal background investigation

  • Be able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English

  • Have a working smart phone and email address

Hourly wage rates will vary depending upon which site you are assigned to.

Tuition Reimbursement

BelCom, Inc. Officers are eligible for tuition reimbursement after six months of successful service. Because we recruit our talent from those who are either currently enrolled in a criminal justice or law enforcement program, we want to encourage our officers toward success in their careers with a tuition reimbursement program.

Uniforms Provided

BelCom, Inc. Officers are provided with a sharp uniform including pants, shirts, jackets, and other necessary gear, because we value a sharp appearance.

Training

BelCom, Inc. Officers receive 20 hours per year of excellent training in basic and advanced report writing, case law for public safety professionals, active shooter analysis, CPR/AED/First Aid, and many other relevant topics.

PTO

We offer 40 hours of PTO for anyone that works an average of 39 hours a week on their anniversary date. And then for every year they are here, they will receive and additional 20 extra hours with the maximum of 80 hours. So a potential of 120 hours of PTO Yearly after 4 years of service. Also Even Part time employees receive PTO. Every part time employee that manages to work a minimum average of 23 hours per week during their first year will get 16 hours of PTO. They will also gain 8 hours additionally for every year they have been here with a maximum of 40 extra hours, part time employees have a chance to receive up to 56 hours of PTO after 5 years of service.

Aflac

Belcom Inc has our own Agent representative for Aflac where you can receive Accidental insurance, Dental insurance, Disability insurance and Life insurance!

401k Matching

We offer 401k and Belcom Inc matches it up to 100% of your contributions up to 1% of your annual compensation, plus 50% of the next 5%! All new employees are automatically enrolled, If this is something they do not wish they do have 90 days to opt out. But Belcom cares for our employee’s future and we would like to prepare them and help them plan for their retirement.

ICHRA

Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) An ICHRA is a type of health reimbursement arrangement or HRA that allows employers to reimburse their employees tax-free for personal healthcare expenses. It’s similar to a qualified small employer health reimbursement arrangement (QSEHRA), but with higher limits and greater flexibility. With an ICHRA, instead of offering employees health insurance from a single provider, you offer a monthly allowance for eligible healthcare costs. It’s up to you whether you want to cover insurance premiums, qualified medical expenses, or both. This allows employees to buy the healthcare services they want – including individual insurance, should you choose to cover it – and your business reimburses them up to a certain amount.

Employee of the Month

We offer employee of the month, after 90 days of employment you are eligible to be picked. If chosen you will received a few tumbler items and a $100 bonus of sorts.

Employee Referral Bonus

You can earn up to $150 for referring a friend as long as they pass the 90 day review.

Year-end Bonus

Belcom Inc offers employees a year end bonus which they can earn up to $4,700!
